Don’t know about china, but this is not true in EU.  I’ve done this with my company so I know how it works.  If you are just an importer, you don’t need a VAT registration or a corporate presence in EU.  You only need that if you are selling there.  That’s the same as in the US.  And since this poster got it wrong on the EU, she probably did for China too.[/quote]
