Isn’t the opposite the case?  Under normal circumstances, retaining a player is not a cause for celebration, it’s expected.  When your club, however, appears to be falling apart, you would expect top players to flee, so retaining them under those circumstances is cause to celebrate. And it’s smart business.[/quote]
