1.  Alabama doesn’t spend anything. The infrastructure is crappy.  The education system is crappy. Health and welfare is crappy. It’s an armpit that is ranked 49th in everything (hi Mississippi!).

2.  Alabama is a strong Taker State.  Ranked 4th in federal dependency. Ranked 49 th in State GDP.
