I don't know if you can submit any other materials this year given it's the WISC (you can call the aap office at fcps- not your local school).. you could let the school know that you want your child to take the cogat again next year (they need advanced notice) since that is 3 sections and gives you a greater chance of scoring above the cut off criteria)..
