Doesn’t make it untrue.  You guys had plenty of years to develop talent. You dont get to hide lack of “enter whatever the gripe is” behind that timeline. Dont gaslight on this board. It can go left quick. Parents dont sound arrogant, they sound pissed off.

And you cant develop talent with the described practice. You can max out on profits however.
