I hate her but have to say she was visiting western NC. So, I consider this appropriate. Dumpy is not wearing a tie—also appropriate.

However, Dumpy told hurricane victims he wants to get rid of FEMA and make states pay for disasters. He only has a concept of a plan…

It really wasm't appropriate. It was the most IDGAF outfit she could put on, without having those words actually written on the back of her jacket. I'm not outraged by it - more just rolling my eyes. Here we go again.

What would be better to wear to a disaster zone?

I did disaster work, and we never would dress up in those situations—even if we were not doing the labor. The people who appeared on TV would be dressed in jeans to seem more appealing.
