Exactly. The main point of VP debates is to demonstrate whether each candidate can pass the most basic test of appearing presidential enough to serve as president--if they ever need to be. They both passed that test. VP debate performances rare change opinions.[/quote]

Except as a PP pointed out, Vance failed the most important responsibility for a VP - overseeing peaceful transfer of power. He refused to admit that Trump lost in 2020 or that he would certify election results if his guy does not win.
