They all lied.  They all committed perjury.  They all gained their seats under false pretenses.  They are ILLEGITIMATE and must be removed.

No.  It needs to be done.  Again, Clinton *was* impeached for less.

And, lying to Congress is a crime.  United States Code, Title 18, section 1001, and it has been used on Rod Blagojevich, Jeffrey Skilling and many others.  There is no legitimate reason why it can't or shouldn't be prosecuted.

As much as you want it to be true.... NOT ONE of the Justices lied to Congress.

And, if you want to talk about prosecuting lying to Congress.... let's start with Brennan and Clapper.

+1000.  I watched and rewatched the videos from their nomination hearings.  They lied.  They committed perjury.  They should be impeached.  They should be removed from the bench.  Anyone claiming they didn't lie is themselves a lying weasel.[/quote]
