I just googled "did trump have a stroke" and a thousand articles from 2020 came up in which Dr Feelgood vigorously denied that Trump had had a series of mini strokes.

We know from his centaur stance that Trump likely suffers from FTD, but it might be a both and situation, like he has both FTD and has had a series of mini strokes. It would certainly explain his gibberish. [/quote]
