I think the most fair thing to do would be say the request for a list is moot as Wayfarer's letter says "may include counsel and parties" but granted to the extent anyone other than firm staff will be present, and to have the parties agree to a location with an agreement that the date and time of any depositions will be sealed and redacted on the docket. And I'd do that for all depositions, not just Lively.[/quote]
