The poor part of Brookfield that was sent to Westfield was also sent to Stone for this scenario. The Bull Run low income apartment building Seema Dixit moved from Centreville to Westfield was also switched to Stone. That puts Stone up to 98%. They kept saying all the new construction in Westfield's boundary will fill Westfield, but didn't leave any room at Stone, which means their story is BS. They basically rejiggered the MS boundaries to send almost all the local poor kids to one middle school and high school.[/quote]
