What are the "bad" elementary schools that will articulate to Frost?
There are no bad elementary schools. Just bad parents. And the way this has been playing out, the ones I'm most concerned about are the Parkway not-in-my-backyard-but-my-property-values parents. Most of those are feeding into Frost it seems.
There are bad elementary schools. The difference that really counts is the quality of the teacher/s your child is assigned to. You can be at the best school with terrible admin and teachers and have a bad experience or you can be at a "bad" school with great teachers and admin and have a great experience. Property values cannot continue to rise and if they do, and people are buying them most are going into huge debt for it and that makes no sense.
Please don't take everything here literally. But speaking of taking things literally, what you say makes no sense. Property values will of course continue to rise - and isn't this what we want? People are going into huge debt now as they buy homes and they will continue to. How else does one buy in this area? Unless you're one of the privileged few who are getting houses handed to them because of generational wealth and you don't get how people buy homes? Confused.
