Seeing some of the players on the list and where they rank and then seeing some not on the list at all is baffling to me as someone who has actually seen them play a significant number of times. Max may never have seen them play but is using achievements and recommendations. As someone else alluded, some coaches are better at promoting their players, which maybe inflates their rankings.
