It’s not the job of ICE to enforce traffic laws. The ICE agent clearly was able to drive around the woman’s car because he drove around her then got out and walked back to her. He should have called 911 to report a vehicle in the road. He had no reason to suspect an illegal immigrant which is the only thing he’s supposed to be investigating.[/quote]
