He is a lightweight morning tv troll. I like to think he's either going to get marginalized by the undersecretaries who do the real business of running the US military. Or he's going to flame out quickly because he's a weak man with a drinking problem. Fingers crossed that he doesn't last a year. There will be a lot of bipartisan pushback if Hedgseth's stupidity and culture war bomb throwing impacts the professionalism of the military. We are all hoping he is nothing more than a brief blip.
