You're missing the point.  Penthouse isn't in school libraries, and you know it.  You're being deliberately obtuse.
And, no, I don't want Penthouse in my 2nd grader's elementary school library (and, please, point me to all these elementary schools with pornographic material you think is just lurking on their library shelves).  But I do want her to have access to books with characters who don't look exactly like us, or have the exact same life experiences as us.  Oh, and Judy Blume.
