Settling doesn’t really help her. Letting Freedman continue to bleed out helps her. Baldoni lost a lot of credibility when his complaint got dismissed and Freedman said he would refuse but didn’t. She should keep going and let Freedman continue to show his crazy. Maybe he will fake punch Gottlieb at the dep. we can only hope. [/quote]

For Blake to settle, JB would have to pay her. He has no claims left. There’s no difference between settling and randomly withdrawing all her claims unless he pays her. All the pro-JB people who still say she should settle, but also think he’s blameless and obviously should never pay anything, are living in la la land.[/quote]

Blake’s lawyers are bleeding her and Ryan dry, which will only end with a loss in front of a jury.  Since I think she and Ryan are horrible people, I’ll rooting for no settlement.[/quote]
