Ok,so, I've worked in end-of-life care for 20 years and this is exactly what I think too. I know that everyone is saying Alzheimers and Frontal Temporal Dementia but I honestly don't see that. I've worked with more Dementia patients of all kinds than I can count and multi infarct Dementia is the speech, behavior, and waxing/waning of symptoms that he actually is exhibiting. I mean, I could write a whole paper about the differences but, yeah, it just fits better.

Frontal Temporal brain decay, millions of neurons burned fkd-off,  leading to evident no-possible-to-cover--up senile dementia, like the one that affected his dad Fred tRUMP.
