As much as you would like to claim this, it didn't happen. Kurt Volker's testimony proved it. There was no quid pro quo. And, Ukraine was unaware that funds were held up until a month after the call. So, genius, tell us - how can one "extort" another country when the other country is unaware of said "extortion?" [/quote]
