This is crazy. So she took a pad of paper and pen with the intent of returning them later and with no fear that Patsy would notice the notepad she uses had disappeared?  Then she and/or her husband brought the pen and paper back upon their intrusion and neatly returned them to their original locations, but they planned to use whatever weapons they could manage to find inside the home for the actual misdeed, rather than bring their own along with the notepad? And all of this was somehow done without waking anyone up?[/quote]
