[/quote] A "discrimination" case doesn't pass the laugh test. It wouldn't make it to a second hearing. More likely, they'd say it is improperly closing a school. Though, if MCPS says they're just replacing the building, then school impact taxes may need to be refunded. Those wouldn't go to Crown homeowners- it would go back to the developer.
