[/quote] If you have to change from BY to SY I agree with you. The problem with what you're suggesting is parents will hold back / regrade their kids so they're the biggest and oldest on the team. (16 year old freshman / 20 year old seniors in HS) So you need a way to only allow players that are a certain grade AND a certain age on the team. This is what SY+30 does.[/quote]
