Are you so blinded by your emotional distress it hasn't crossed your mind that educated intelligent successful parents have kids at DCU?
Or you're assuming DC is taking advantage of underprivileged kids from low socioeconomic households with parents who don't speak English?

Its probably lies about them making promises. lol It’s clear you don’t have (or never had) a kid in the program. All they do is make empty promises and fake guarantees. Plenty of ppl believe it and there 100’s more with avg kids wanting some of that  BS. Sometimes, they don’t even bother changing the names on their mass promise emails templates —just copy, paste, and send. It’s a joke.
