He had a gross background that should have been more fully investigated; he has some questionable financial issues that should have been investigated. But the guy is a serious lawyer and judge who is capable of doing the job he was nominated for. He and Handsy Hedgehog share a love of the booze - though I don't think we heard any evidence Kav is still an alcoholic. That's about it.
