With 1000 attorneys, no one label is accurate.[/quote] The aged survey that you're referring to revealed that the vast majority of the attorneys who responded to the survey viewed the work environment at the Board to be toxic. The union's most recent survey from September 2024 indicates that there is still widespread dissatisfaction among the the BVA workforce.
