Do we really need 1000+ GS13/14 attorneys to adjudicate disability cases? Why not create an AI program to adjudicate straightforward service connection cases? AI can scan medical records and draft a decision. For the complex cases, we can retain a cadre of 250 or so attorneys to do the heavy lifting. I’m going tweet my recommendation to Elon and Vivek and the DOGE leaders in Congress and perhaps the Heritage Foundation. I believe my recommendation will save taxpayers millions of dollars.[/quote]

As long as the law allows unlimited appeals the answer is: yes, we do need those attorneys.  Maybe when you become president you can get the law changed to limit the number of Court appeals per case [/quote]
