No he did not write the foreword to project 2025, and Trump disavowed Project 2025 and they closed up shop.

Thanks for the clarification, PP. I also want to point out that Project 2025 has not "closed up shop" as the PP asserted. The head, Paul Gans, stepped down in July after criticism from Trump but the website is still up and running and the portal for collecting resumes for a future GOP/MAGA government is still accepting resumes. Further, a month before he resigned, the head of Project 2025 said the following:
