You know as well as I do that the US involvement in the two countries was quite different.  Deposing a government and rebuilding a new government basically from scratch is pretty different than having some special forces doing some things in Ukraine.  If that was the bar for saying we're at war we would have been at war hundreds of times in the last twenty years.  But we weren't.[/quote]
