I would totally watch a show where all the Teen Moms have to work for a year at a job they went to school/are qualified for that isn't reality tv. 
Chelsea would do ugly hair, happily and consistently.  
Farrah - line chef at Olive Garden or TGI Fridays or something?  She wouldn't last a week. 
Jannelle - nurse's aide?  What's she qualified to do?  Would be crying before the week is over.
Kailyn - this is horribly mean but ... she "has a face for radio."  I don't think she could get a reporting/news anchor job.  
Leah - dental hygenist aide or something?  She'd happily do it with a good attitude but get fired for screwing up - being late, hurting a patient, misunderstanding instructions, missing work, etc. 
Amber - what is she qualified for?  same as Chelsea?  I think she'd last somewhere between a week and a month.  Those anger management issues still aren't fully managed.  
Maci - she never finished school, right?  she could probably get a job as a retail manager or office assistant.  I think she'd do fine.  
Kaitlyn - barely graduated high school, has no certificate or anything.  So much inertia with her - I doubt she could keep a job for a month. She could get a job as a cashier I guess?
