They know who does not have the $ to join the group for BS'ing at Panera or wherever, and I've told them to discreetly pick up the check if someone is going to be left hungry or not join because they don't have the $10 for lunch. I agree. When I read this, it sounded laughable because the students who are on FA have money for food.  They might not have money for the extracurricular trips to Costa Rica or Italy, for example, but I have never gotten the impression they don't have $10 for lunch or are hungry. You should get out of Potomac once in a while.  In DC privates there are kids with zero $.  They need the free DC metro card to get to school, since there is no other option and no other money in the house.  You have no F'n clue what you are talking about.[/quote]
