I also see quite a lot of VA drivers on the cell phones in MD so they could be pulled over for that since it is now explicitly illegal to talk on a hand-held cell phone in MD while driving. MD does have traffic laws, but VA drivers don't seem to know them any better than MD drivers know VA traffic laws.[/quote]
