I do kind of regret picking Williams over MIT back in 1991....I could have ridden that 90's internet wave to a lot more money. Oh well. You're right, I guess I am living in [i]comparative[/i] poverty, Arlington is only the fifth wealthiest county in the country and my household income is only three times the average for the DC area and my kids are only getting the most expensive per-pupil education in the state. You're right, I'm the worst parent ever and I have made terrible, terrible decisions.[/quote]

Ok so what went wrong after your parents paid for Williams? In particular, what bad decisions did you make that has caused you to live in a poor neighborhood with bad schools? [/quote]

+1. I also wonder why that parent would make such a decision, given how very few Kenmore/Wakefield students ever come close to a Williams or an MIT.
