Yep Trump says that because Putin is a racist ("he used the n-word....I was shocked") he can't work with Obama, but he'll be able to work with the Donald because they have their skin color in common.

He doesn't literally say the words skin color but says Putin said n word as indication of his lack of respect/liking of Obama then contrasts that with his assertion that he will respect and hopefully like Trump. If that is not what he implied (or used as dog whistle) then it was extraordinarily clumsy. [/quote]
