Had they wanted to go mixed use with retail, they would have needed zoning relief, and caused even more pain for the nearby residents (and dragged the case on for another two years). As a result, they went straight matter of right, which in my opinion, is a loss. It would have been great to have a small amount of retail there. [/quote]
