Oh, don't cherry pick the bigots who happen to be well spoken. How about:

What I like to do is to substitute some minority...

You need to respect normal student and not brainwash them to accept [b]black[/b] (or [b]jewish[/b] or [b]muslim[/b] or [b]christian[/b] values.

That is horribly offensive.  Ergo, "You need to respect normal student right and not brainwash them to accept LGBT value" is offensive.
