They never even give the bottom 4 teams another look after they pick them at age 8.[/quote] That is just not true. Please don't perpetuate that kind of attitude. Development is long-term. Someone mediocre at age 8 could be a star by 14, and a star at age 9 could have leveled out to be mediocre by 16.[/quote]
