I don't need to. The rest of the royal family and most celebrities manage to get through major appearances without flashing the cameras.  She does it repeatedly.

Kate has a wardrobe malfunction about every 6 months which involves her boobs or her butt being on display for the cameras.  She pretends it's accidental, but it's too frequent to be accidental, and she never takes precautions like a weight hem to prevent it from happening. She must enjoy the attention.
