Because I'm expecting her to go the Ivy League (or Stanford) route just like her parents who went to Princeton/Columbia/Harvard. Even though PBO went to Occidental (his first two years) he knew that he had to go to an even more rigorous school to further his career.

I like Howard and Spelman* but they aren't on the same playing field as Barnard/Columbia/Stanford (the schools that she appears to have her eyes on).

I think Howard and Spelman students (especially Spelman) are some of the best academics this country has to offer but when you are comparing Ivy Leagues/Stanford to smaller private colleges (even Williams, Swarthmore, Amherst, Wellesley) it's not on the same level. Ivy League (yes I'm including Stanford) is Ivy League, that's the whole point of their exclusiveness. I see Malia going to Ivy League/Stanford for undergrad and Sasha going to a liberal arts college. Just speculation, because this 
whole thread is speculation without an official announcement). [/quote]
