Compensation is fair in this area. [/quote] Compensation is fair in this area, I would agree (spouse of an MCPS teacher). However, anything less would then be unfair. So keep that in mind when that evil union is being so mean and unreasonable for insisting the negotiated contract be upheld, and fighting to keep those yearly cost-of-living and step pay increases. Denying teachers those things means they are no longer being fairly compensated.[/quote]
