When something extraordinary happens to me it (not often but like recently getting a huge promotion at work) makes me want to be kinder, sweeter and more empathetic to others. She obviously thought she was above the guy and let the room know it. Yuck. Maybe she was trying  to pull "an Amy" and be funny but it was not funny, it was obnoxious.[/quote]

1) You've obviously never been on a set. Acting is hard work and it takes talent.

2) She is above that guy.  She is the star. He is a reporter. He is asking for HER time.  He needs to be polite to HER.  If your CEO correct you, she'd be within her rights. If you are rude to your CEO, you're going to be looking for a job. [/quote]
