DS's girlfriend is obviously free to make her own choices, I'm not going to police her. But I do have a say over who joins my family.

Every now and then one happy stripper will trot along and do a DCUM AMA or an interview onTV, just like you'll see the PR-friends happy porn star and happy hooker doing the same things. These women DO NOT accurately represent their industry and very often they aren't accurately. It's incredibly naive and delusional to think otherwise.

I've read a lot of crazy threads on DCUM but this one takes the cake.  I can't believe how many controlling psychos are defending the OP.

I actually agree with you that on average strippers may have more issues than  people in other professions. But, this doesn't mean you should condemn her before meeting her.  How would you feel if he brought home a woman who was a teacher, in finance, or a physician?  Well guess what, they are more likely to be cheaters.  Would you have the same feeling if he brought home someone like this?  How about if he brought home a lawyer, surgeon, or CEO?  well guess what they are more likely to be psychopaths.

I am not naive about strippers and have known some over the years.  Quite a few are now devoted wives and moms with mainstream jobs and not crack addicted escorts, gasp.
