Well, she didn't know they were married. Even if she "knows" the wife, they are not good friends. People think things about you all the time that are not true. You can't go around trying to correct that misinformation every single day.[/quote]

In the first post the OP said that the husband told her that he was separated from his wife. It's possible the OW knows the wife, just not well enough to know that they aren't separated. [/quote]
