[/quote] My "thing" is not just about clothes; that's just what people have asked about. Wearing feminine clothing before I made the choice to transition felt completely wrong. I absolutely did not want to wear women's clothing as a man. Doing so felt like wearing even more of a costume than the male role I had been playing all of my life. I wanted to be able to express myself as a woman and be perceived as a woman. To do that, I have to dress the part.[/quote]
