You would think so, right?

I mean: in Zimmerman's CRIMINAL proceeding, it was "State v. Zimmerman" - but every day, the media focused on Martin's family-hired attorney in the criminal proceeding.

So maybe Zimmerman needs to hire a criminal prosecution specialist to assist the State of Florida with prosecuting Apperson?  Isn't that the precedent here?

And since Zimmerman is a minority/person of color, but Apperson is white, then shouldn't there be a civil rights investigation against Apperson?  [/quote]
