I have been bitten before, and I will not wait until that happens again. There is no officer who will take an unleashed dog's "side" over a person just trying to enjoy their walk. This is ridiculous fear mongering. They will laugh at any dog owner that tries to argue such a position. Be in control of your animal at all times. Really, it's very simple. [/quote]
