Gifted and high achieving are not things that come naturally to most kids--they are learned. Some kids just have a better aptitude and learn the information easier and quicker. But that doesn't mean that other kids who study and work hard can't be high acheiving. Like it or not, pretty soon it will be the accepted norm that kids will be "prepping" when they are 2 years old. It's happening already, whether we like it or not.[/quote]
