Yes. We were enrolled in a private Montessori preschool before getting a slot at Lee.   I did put capital hill Montessori ahead of it in the lottery but, so far, we are happy with lee (except for all the scream crying - is that normal? People. get over the crying.  It is normal.  My DC started at a long-time established private montessori a week and a half ago (the same school that my other DC attended).  The first week he was fine--almost giddy.  Then last Thursday into yesterday he had major meltdowns at drop off.  Had to be removed by FORCE from my leg to go to his classroom.  One day I stayed to the side just to listen and his crying stopped within a minute of being in the classroom.  This is normal. Give these parents a break.  [/quote]
