Absolutely!  They are as bad as all those women who make guys rape them.

The pp mentioned problems with anti semitism in Latin America. The only places where there seems to be no anti semitism is where Jews have never been. Now that might be because the only places they have been (or seem to like to be) is where Christians and Muslims live.
