Note that the map is mislabeled, it makes the current eastern border in NW look like it is 14th Street, but I am pretty sure that is 16th Street.[/quote] Shepherd Park is EAST of 16th Street, so if they have included SP (yea!) than it would need to be east of 16th street. If 16th street is the cut off, it would only include Colonial Village. [/quote]
