Father and mother both working for pay = absentee parenting (on the part of the mother). Father and mother both working for pay, and hiring a full-time nanny = absentee parenting (on the part of the mother). Father saying at home, mother working for pay = absentee parenting (on the part of the mother). See how that works? [/quote]
